If you’re looking for a great night out on the town, then look no further than your own local Fishers hot spots. Whether you want to have a couple of beers with friends or if you want to make a night of it with dinner and drinks, you can find it all at one of these top three breweries in the Fishers area.
Four Day Ray
Claiming to be the voice of the working man (or woman), Four Day Ray conjures images from a different time when the nickname was given to railroad employees who called out from work once a week. The owners of this brewery agree that life is too short to not enjoy your beer, so they encourage you to come visit their 24-beer taproom.
Not only can you try one of the 24 rotating craft brews, but you can also get a bite to eat at their restaurant which features casual dining choices with a twist. Try a Wich Came First that offers chicken breast with an over-medium egg or dig into a delicious hot and steamy bowl of Stout My Onion Soup. For more info, take a look at their Facebook page.
In 2012, John Lee met Andrew Castner. Together they found the future location of what would become MashCraft Brewing headquarters, and the rest was history. They built their ideal team with as much care as they put into the design of their space, and ever since, MashCraft has produced great beers to please the masses.
They keep to a brewing schedule for some of their most popular brews, but they always have a wide selection on hand at their taproom in the Fishers area. Try the cleverly named Pippi Lagerstocking in a pint glass or take some home to enjoy with your spouse. See what’s coming next on their Facebook page!
Sun King Brewery
With 6,000 square feet of space to showcase their small-batch brews, Sun King Brewery’s Fishers location offers a three-barrel brewing system. Try something special with a 6-drink flight that includes Sunlight, Wee Mac, Osiris, and three of their seasonal brews or create your own flight to get the full variety of beers you want to try.
In addition to having a sampling tap room where you can purchase growlers to take home or where you can try a sampling menu, they also offer event space for your next work function or birthday gathering. You can also take a keg to go if you’re enjoying a backyard barbecue and want some of the Fishers area’s best brews. Get more info for your next gathering on their Facebook page.
